All Essential Fax Software policies, prices, offers and availability are subject to change without notice. Policies, prices, offers and availability stated on this website supersede those stated in distributed program files or help files, if different.

Technical support: Technical support is provided by email only. Please note: Technical support is provided free of charge by email during the 30 day trial period, and for 60 days after the date of purchase.

Switching Operating Systems: We do not offer technical support for switching operating systems, such as a newer version of Windows.

Changing computers: We do not offer technical support for moving your software to a new computer.

Upgrading, updating: Always be sure to check the website first for current instructions and upgrade costs, if any. We basically use a common sense approach. A small upgrade fee may be charged for major program upgrades, or for upgrades to accommodate new versions of Windows.

Essential Fax Software will refund the purchase price within 30-days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the software.

Respect and courtesy. We treat others with respect and courtesy. We expect the same in return. Persons sending emails containing disrespect, personal slurs or other objectionable content will simply be ignored.
