Using the Printer Driver Repair Tool

If you find the Essential Fax Printer is no longer present, or is not responding, run the Printer Driver Repair Tool.

A separate signed installation program called PrinterDriverRepair.exe is installed into the EssentialFax program folder. You can run this program directly, or from the EssentialFax main menu with File > Printer Driver Repair Tool. This program will require Administrator privileges in order to run, and you may be prompted to allow it to run in Vista (and possibly XP)

This program will attempt to reinstall the Essential Fax printer, and will ensure that it is running and its parts or services are running.
