EssentialFax keeps a log of each transmission attempt - whether sending or receiving, successful or not. Reports of faxes sent can be generated from this log.
From the main menu, select File > View and Print Fax Transmission Logs
At the View and Print Transmission Logs screen you will see:
Sorting: Sorting may be done by date, recipient or recipient organization.
Filtering: Options include filtering to show only entries from a single recipient, a date range and several other options.
Report Options: Sorting and filtering options are included in the report. Level of detail is also an option, as well as an option to group the report by logical categories. The report may be viewed, printed and optionally exported to PDF
